Thembinkosi Mkhize
Thembinkosi is a seasoned worship leader, music producer, visionary entrepreneur, and the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Next Gen Praise NPC. With over a decade of ministry experience across Southern Africa, he has dedicated his life to using music, worship, and mentorship as tools to inspire transformation, empower young people, and advance the Kingdom of God. Driven by a deep passion for developing emerging gospel artists, Thembinkosi founded Next Gen Praise NPC with the vision of creating a structured platform that identifies, nurtures, and equips gifted young musicians for both ministry and professional growth within the music industry. Under his leadership, the organisation focuses not only on artistic excellence, but also on spiritual development, mentorship, leadership building, and sustainable career empowerment for the next generation of gospel ministers. As a producer and worship leader, Thembinkosi has been involved in various worship gatherings, live productions, youth initiatives, and ministry events, gaining extensive experience in music direction, artist development, event coordination, and creative leadership. His ability to combine ministry with innovation has positioned him as a forward-thinking leader with a strong commitment to uplifting and uniting young creatives through worship and purpose-driven initiatives. Beyond music, he is passionate about building impactful community-driven projects that create opportunities for young people, especially within the gospel music space. His leadership style is rooted in integrity, vision, excellence, and servant leadership, with a strong belief in raising a generation that is spiritually grounded, creatively empowered, and socially impactful. Through Next Gen Praise, Thembinkosi continues to champion a movement that seeks to unite young gospel artists, provide industry education and mentorship, and create platforms that allow emerging talent to thrive both locally and internationally.
Nkosinathi Mkhize
Nkosinathi Mkhize serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Next Gen Praise NPC, where he oversees the organization's day-to-day operations, strategic implementation, and project execution. With a strong commitment to excellence and organizational growth, he plays a key role in ensuring that the vision and objectives of Next Gen Praise are effectively translated into impactful programs and events.
Cebile Xaba
Cebile Xaba has extensive experience in artist management and event coordination, with a strong background in facilitating church events and identifying talented young musicians within the gospel music community. Her passion for developing and supporting emerging artists has made her a valuable contributor in the gospel industry. At Next Gen Praise she also serves as the Human Resources Lead, managing logistics, team coordination, and operational processes to ensure the smooth running of all activities and events associated with the organisation.
